1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

2. Hygiene & Non‑Returnable Items

For health reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used: sex toys, masturbators, dildos, anal products, lubricants, lingerie, and adult dolls. Unopened, factory‑sealed items may be returned subject to a 15% restocking fee.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos/video. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • You will receive a return label (cost deducted unless defective).
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Restocking Fees

15% restocking fee applies to non‑defective, unopened returns.
