Care Guide

A few minutes of care keeps your object clean, safe and lasting for years. Here is everything we recommend — plainly.

Cleaning

Four steps, every time

Before first use, and after every use — two minutes, done.

Rinse

Rinse the object under warm running water.

Wash

Clean with mild, unscented soap — or a dedicated toy cleaner. No harsh chemicals.

Rinse again

Rinse thoroughly so no soap residue remains.

Dry & store

Dry completely before storing in the dust bag or reliquary.

Storage

  • Store in the provided dust bag or the Eden Reliquary — silicone should not rest against other silicone
  • Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources
  • Do not store with metal items that could scratch the surface
  • Keep charging ports dry and dust-free

Lubricant compatibility

  • Use water-based lubricant with silicone toys — always
  • Silicone-based lubricant can damage silicone surfaces over time
  • When in doubt, test a drop on an inconspicuous area first
  • Reapply as needed during use — never use expired lubricant

If the surface ever feels sticky, tacky or changes texture, stop using the object and contact us — it may be time for a replacement under Quality Care.

Battery & charging

Most DESIVARA products charge via USB-C and run 1–2 hours per charge.

 

Charge fully before first use. Avoid charging while the object is wet — dry the charging area completely first.

 

For storage, charge to about 50–80% if the object will rest unused for a long time.

Inspect before every use. If you notice tears, cracks, sticky surfaces or unusual odour — stop using the object and contact us. Our Quality Care promise covers genuine material or workmanship issues, no return needed.
