1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once shipped.

2. Global Shipping

  • Standard (5-15 business days): $8 or free on orders $100+
  • Warehouse Address: Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China
  • Shipping method: General goods (weighing less than 50kg) are shipped via UPS/USPS, while large items (weighing more than 50kg) are shipped via FedEx.

3. International Shipping

We ship to over 15 countries. Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days. Shipping costs and customs duties are calculated at checkout. Desivara is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

4. Discreet Packaging

🔒 100% discreet – plain outer boxes, no logos, generic return address. Your privacy is guaranteed.

5. Tracking & Insurance

All orders include tracking. Shipping insurance (via Route) is offered at checkout – covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

6. Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to change address. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, wait 48 hours then contact us. For insured orders, we will help file a claim.
